 I had the same issue in Windows using a `.ppk` PuTTY key, but I was able
 work around it by opening it up in PuTTYgen, then choosing ''Conversions >
 Export OpenSSH key (force new file format)'' from the menu, saving it with
 a `.pem` extension, then using that in Cyberduck.
