 When we're uploading files to S3 (DigitalOcean Spaces), the uploaded files
 are no longer uploading as ACL "public-read".
 It's uploading as "private".

 AFAIR, CyberDuck uploads files as ACL "public-read". But from v6.7.1 that
 is no longer the case.
