 Extend OneDrive support to include "Shared With Me"-folders.
 Adding a shared folder to ones OneDrive works as a workaround but is not
 viable for Microsoft OneDrive for Business

 Add and sync shared folders to OneDrive].

 This requires OneDrive to be listed like GoogleDrive or Dropbox with two
 separate folders: (Breaking Change)
 * `/My Drive`
 * `/Shared With Me`
