 When I connect to a SSH server for the first time I do not see a message
 to verify the host key uniquely identifying the server. Instead I get
 "Connection failed. Broken pipe (Write failed). The connection attempt was
 rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be properly
 configured." The same setting work perfectly when using Transmit.
