 I activated the task manager and here is what I observed.

 The disk went up to 35% disk usage then stayed in the 10's and 20% for 50
 seconds
 transferring disk data at 2.1 MB/s. The CPU was running at about 23%.
 Memory was
 switching between 185 and 187 MB. 183 after the file was transferred.

 The file to be transferred was 3.2 Kib
