 When clicking the Synchronize button (for an FTP account), then choosing a
 folder, then confirmation window appears (to confirm the files to be
 uploaded/downloaded) but the message "Apply upload filter" is shown and
 the folder tree is empty.  Clicking Continue fails to perform the
 Synchronize.

 This issue occurs in v6.9.0 (29768) but is not present in 6.8.3 (29107)
