 I have enabled the beta 7.0 version of Cyberduck and turned on segmented
 downloads in the settings. In the transfer window I set the numbers of
 connections to 8 to match my CuteFTP settings. When I do a segmented
 downloaded in CuteFTP over SFTP I hit ~150-200 Mbps. In Cyberduck I hit
 ~50 Mbps.

 What else can I do to improve the speed?
