 Hello,

I am writing from the National Center for Biotechnology Information. We
receive terabytes of data daily from scientific researchers worldwide, and
many of these researchers rely on Cyberduck to upload their files by ftp.
We recently made some changes to our ftp server that prevents our users
from viewing or depositing files until they navigate to a personalized
directory, and this is preventing Cyberduck users from connecting to our
server. Our only solution at this point is to suggest they switch to
FileZilla, or use other alternatives. I'm writing to ask if there's a
solution we can suggest for Cyberduck.

When you try to connect to the server you receive:

   File not found
550/: permission denied. Please contact your web hosting service
 provider for assistance.

In Filezilla (for comparison) you get "Error: Failed to retrieve directory
listing" but the connection is not outright rejected. This allows you to
then enter the path to a personalized directory where you can then upload
 files.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
