#10867: frequent "Access denied" errors when uploading large directories to Google
Drive

Architecture: Intel | Platform: macOS 10.14
----------------------------+-------------------------
I get frequent "Access denied" errors when uploading directories with many
files to my Google Drive account (an unlimited storage Google Apps for
Education account). The error dialog body says "Forbidden. Please contact
your web hosting service provider for assistance." It seems to happen on
completely random files (eg if there are 120 photos in a folder that are
identical except for their filenames and image content, one of those will
sometimes trigger the error on upload). Seems to happen whether or not
Prefs > Transfers > Permissions > Uploads > Change permissions is on. Also
happens whether or not Prefs > Transfers > General > Transfer files is set
to "Open Multiple Connections" or "Open Single Connection". The files in
causing the errors (which i can identify when using "Open Single
Connection" by the filename on which the upload is stalled when the dialog
appears) does not get uploaded to google drive.
