 Hi Gage,

 this is a one-time payment granting you access to Cyberduck managed by
 Microsoft/the Microsoft Store and tied to your Microsoft Account.
 You will have access to Cyberduck as long as the Microsoft Store exists
 within Windows 10. If you install through the Microsoft Store all updates
 are handled with it, no more Update prompts and no donation prompt.
 The donation prompt you are getting is removed in the Microsoft Store
 version of Cyberduck.
 A Cyberduck registration for the standalone version (downloadable from
 this website) is not included in the Microsoft Store-version of Cyberduck
 and cannot be used on the Store version either.
