 Currently, when a new file is uploaded to Google Drive, the previous file
 is deleted, then a new file is uploaded.  Since Google Drive allows
 previous versions, it would be helpful if an updated file did create a new
 version.

 I believe this is possible with the "PATCH" command in the v3 API.
