#10806: Per-bookmark Smart Synchronization timing settings

I develop software on a remote Linux server via ssh/sftp, using a Mac as a
client. Using Cyberduck with Smart Synchronization makes it much more
efficient for me to edit and review files on the remote server by mounting
their containing directories on my Mac, and then using Mac-based editors.

My software writes log files that I need to review, sometimes as often as
several times a minutes. Since Cyberduck doesn't update its notion of the
server's contents as often as that, I have to manually refresh my mounted
directory to see the latest log contents.

So it would be great if I could pick an SFTP bookmark and tell Cyberduck,
"update this directory's contents every five seconds".
