 Hello there,

 I login to my SFTP srever and navigate to the Outbound folder and see the
 XYZ.csv file.

 However when I try to download the file, I get a message :

 File not found

 Path Outbound/XYZ.csv is file. Please contact your web hosting service
 provider for assistance.
