New description:

 Hello there,

 I login to my SFTP srever and navigate to the Outbound folder and see the
 RRF.txt file.

 However when I try to download the file, I get a message :

 [Window Title]
 Error

 [Main Instruction]
 File not found

 [Content]
 Path Outbound/RRF.txt is file. Please contact your web hosting service
 provider for assistance.
