Comment:

 If you don't have set Cyberduck to use the browser connection Cyberduck
 will open a new connection that is completely independent of the previous
 connection which is why you get the MFA token prompt every time you start
 a transfer. We currently don't have any possibility to change this
 behavior.

 Unfortunately, it isn't possible to increase the session duration.
