 swift connection to openstack Ceph shows only 1000 objects in the list.

 Over 1000 objects in a bucket (container) is not a problem as such, but if
 there are more that 1000 objects in one "pseudo directory" (or at the top
 level of a bucket) to be displayed in a Cyberduck window, only 1000 are
 shown.

 Testad with latest Version 7.3.1 (32784) on a macOS 10.14.3
