 I can connect to server with FTP, but not SFTP or SSL
 Hosting provider says problem is with CyberDuck and to use Filezilla

 FTP connection works fine -
 URL ftp://s6.asurahosting.com
 Server s6.asurahosting.com
 Port 21
 Web URL https://s6.asurahosting.com:2083

 Hosting provider says to use IP 207.180.255.84 for SFTP and SSL instead of
 s6.asurahosting.com.
 URL changes to -
 sftp://207.180.255.84:21, and
 ftps://207.180.255.84

 Are the settings correct?
 What could be causing CyberDuck to fail to connect to server with SFTP and
 SSL connections?
