 Changing the default mail app for web links is problematic for some of us.
 Every time I come to the site to get support, I forget and click the
 'request support' link which opens the Mac Mail app, dragging my computer
 down and opening a thousand unsent emails. I don't use Mac Mail, so this
 is a tedious waste of time.

 Perhaps you can simple show an email address, rather than displaying what
 looks like a link/button but is in reality an email app launching button.
