 Lots of people who wish to start their own catering business are already
 considering grand strategies. They instantly picture themselves catering
 to thousands of people in a really major event. There's nothing wrong with
 dreaming big. However, you also need to be practical and realistic. Do you
 feel you can afford to purchase all the needed supplies and equipment and
 prepare food for thousands of guests? Your answer is probably'no',
 particularly if you are just beginning your catering business. What you
