 Hi,

 I can see the files on the FTP site.  But when I try to download in any
 manner, nothing happens.  No errors, nothing.  I've searched all over my
 machine--the files simply don't download.

 Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!   I did search--not finding
 anything similar to my issue.
