Comment:

 Make sure to uncheck [wiki:help/en/howto/cryptomator#Autodetect auto
 detect] prior upload of the vault. Alternatively create a vault within
 Cyberduck directly on the remote and upload plain files from your local
 disk to the server. The files are encrypted prior upload.
