 I am trying to log in however it's giving me a connection failed error
 message.

 In detail it states: "Broken pipe. The connection attempt was rejected.
 The server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured."

 I have always used the same login information which worked every single
 time and have not changed the configuration of the network.

 Please advice.
