#11067: Canceling a cryptomator upload can result in a broken vault

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Create a cryptomator vault on Backblaze
 2. Start uploading a large directory with many subfolders, I used
 /Applications/Firefox.app
 3. Cancel the upload while it's in the process of making directories
 4. Refresh the browser
 5. Try to delete the partial upload

 This will give a "File not found" error, which as far as I can tell can't
 be fixed without deleting the entire vault.
