New description:

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Create a cryptomator vault on Backblaze
 2. Start uploading a large directory with many subfolders, I used
 /Applications/Firefox.app
 3. Stop the upload near the start while it's in the process of making
 directories
 4. Refresh the browser
 5. Try to delete the partially upload directory

This will give a "File not found" error, which as far as I can tell can't
be fixed without deleting the entire vault.
