 This is my first time using cyberduck or any FTP software and my professor
 had us follow instructions that should work, but everytime i tried to open
 an connection, I get this "interoperability failure", saying "Unrecognized
 SSL message, plaintext connection? Please contact your web hosting service
 provider for assistance". If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
