 Duplicate for #6550. Try to remove all items from the transfer window. If
 you cannot open the ''Transfers'' window, remove the directory `Transfers`
 in the
 [https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/faq#Preferencesandapplicationsupportfileslocation
 application support directory] and restart Cyberduck.
