 I have the same issue - downloading several GBs via regular FTP on Mac OS
 10.15.7 (19H2). Ram usage seems to be similar to amount of data
 downloaded, eventually Mac OS will say I'm out of memory and I'll have to
 force close Cyberduck.

 Eventually I can download everything, takes multiple crashes and reopens.
