 If the user is connected to a PC via RDP and starts to copy files from one
 S3 folder to another S3 folder on the same S3 bucket, the application can
 hang during operation after the user has disconnected from RDP.

 Repro steps:
 1. Connect to a PC via RDP
 2. Launch Cyberduck
 3. Connect to an S3
 4. Copy files from a folder on the S3 to another folder on the same S3
 5. Observe the operation to copy starts
 6. Disconnect the RDP connection
 7. Reconnect to RDP after 30 minutes or more
 8. Observe Cyberduck has hung
