 Issue : Files of various types (pdf, pptx, docx.. etc) display and
 download properly in Google Drive web and official Google Drive client,
 but does not download properly in Cyberduck if they dont have extensions
 in the filename.

 Explanation :
 I have various files in a folder that was shared to me via a link on
 google drive. They have no extensions in the filename. When i navigate to
 file in Google Drive Web and view details of them they show their correct
 type. When i attempt to view them they are viewed without issue, and when
 i try to download them they are downloaded with relevant file extension
 appended to their name. Same with official google drive client, no issues
 there. However, when i browse the same folder and same files with
 Cyberduck their "Kind" shows as "File", and when downloaded they have no
 extension, thus they are not able to be viewed.

 Proposed solution : Add an option read the filetype from Google Drive when
 downloading and append the relevant extension to file name.
