New description:

 We use Dell ECS S3 and I have always used Cyberduck. I can connect just
 fine and see the files. However, I'm no longer able to adjust permission
 on the files. "Right click file --> Info --> Permissions." For example,
 if I wanted to grant Everyone Grantee the READ permission, it fails with
 the following error

 {{{
 Cannot change permissions of the GLDATA.dat.
 Access Denied. Please contact your web hosting service provider for
 assistance.
 }}}

 See attached screenshot for error example.

 I tested using S3 browser application on Windows and that works fine and I
 can adjust permission there. I would like to stick with using Cyberduck
 on Mac, but this error is giving me a lot of issues.
