Comment:

 This is happening again for me, using latest Cyberduck version on Windows
 10 when connecting to Koofr through WebDAV HTTPS.
 Workaround: edit the saved favourite connection removing the username,
 open the connection, being asked for username and password (application
 key), then it connects properly.
