 I cannot connect FTP. It shows as:

 Connection failed
 Broken pipe. The connection attempt was rejected. The server may be down,
 or your network may not be properly configured.

 However I guarantee the IP, username and password is correct, since I
 successfully connected it through MacOS Finder.

 How to check details?
