New description:

 A download was stopped due to line problems. Upon resuming I ended up with
 a file double the size as original. luckily 7Zip could still decompress.

 I reported this 8 years ago and it was ignored as you couldn't repeat the
 problem as if it didn't existed. It still exists. Back then it was the OS
 X version. Now here it is the Windows Version.

 Often Zip files get corrupted if I use the resume function. Other FTP
 programs do resumes reliably. Transfer on Mac and FileZilla on Mac/PC
