 When I upload a file, it changes the permissions to Full Control for Me
 only. It removes read permission for everyone. This problem started
 happening right after I updated my operating system to OS X Catalina
 10.15.7. Previously I enjoyed many years of this problem not happening,
 but there was one other long stretch of time that this happened, years
 ago. It is frustrating when I send a download link to my client and they
 can't download the file. I then have to go back and manually change the
 permissions. It is not a fun habit to have to remember.
