Hello,
Our team at RWS is unable to share files with our client, which is
preventing us from making deliveries to our client. We've used Cyberduck
for years as a 3rd party to access Amazon S3 but recently several of our
users were no longer able to share files with our client causing huge
delays. We tried downloading a previous version of Cyberduck, which worked
temporarily until today. Now none of our users are able to share links
with our client preventing us from making all deliveries.
Our typical process is to change our AM_Manager FULL CONTROL access to
Everyone in order to share the link with our client to make our delivery.
When attempting this today, we receive an error saying we cannot change
permissions and that access is denied when we've always been able to do
this in the past. Please let me know if there's another version we can
download to at least temporarily fix this issue as our department is
totally stalled until we can share deliveries.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this!
