 The error suggests that your IAM user does not have permission to modify
 the ACL for files in this bucket. Please refer to
 [https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/access_policies_testing-
 policies.html Testing IAM policies with the IAM policy simulator]. Reopen
 this ticket, if you think this is a regression and you can modify the ACL
 using an older version of Cyberduck.
