 unable to download from an HTTPS source using CLI on Centos linux server.

 Command:
 duck --verbose --download
 https://github.com/owid/covid-19-data/blob/master/public/data/owid-covid-
 data.json ./test.json

 wget command on same file works!
 downloading from an AWS S3 bucket works.
