Comment:

 this shouldnt be closed as it isnt fixed AND hasnt been implemented
 either!

 also the fix r52625 to NOT SHOW hasnt worked either

 i created a blank bucket, then created a folder inside that bucket, then
 uploaded 3 random files into that folder,
 then right click the folder and click info then into the S3 tab and the
 Lifecycle option is still listed there, to be ticked or unticked,

 and if you tick it, it doesnt apply the prefix to the lifecycle as
 expected...
