Comment:

 I can't reproduce the described behavior on my side with the servers that
 are available to me and the latest version of Cyberduck (8.0.2).

 Can you share the logging output with enabled debug logging right after
 the error occurs again with us?[[BR]]
 To enable debug logging tick the corresponding checkmark within the
 Cyberduck preferences ''Connection'' tab. You can reach the logging output
 by clicking on the ''Show'' button within the same Cyberduck preferences
 section - the log file is named ''cyberduck.log''.

 Note that the logging output will include the server address.
