[Cyberduck-localization] Setting to use browser connection for file transfers

I have decided to add a new setting in the 'Transfers' tab. It  
disables the use of the transfer window and transfers files in the  
browser window instead. Although this can also be achieved by setting  
the number of allowed concurrent connections in the 'Advanced' tab to  
'1' (as of revision 2630 available as a nightly build), this is not  
obvious to the average user, therefore the new setting.

The string to translate is in Preferences.strings
