 I've used RCDefaultApp to make ftp-urls open in Cyberduck, like you
 describe on your home page.

 This works fine with a link like this...
 ftp://username:password@ftp.server.com/

 But when the url is pointing directly to a folder like this...
 ftp://username:password@ftp.server.com/folder/

 ...Cyberduck doesn't open anything.
