 Currently Apple+D combo is used as shortcut to trigger the download of a
 File and there is none for duplicating a File..

 So my idea is to assign Apple+D for duplicating a file (like its
 implemented in the Finder) and to create a new one such as Apple+DownArrow
 for the downloads.
