Comment:

 Thanks for the detailed transcript. To catch the transcript from Cyberduck
 in console.log, set the defaults property `logging` to `DEBUG` with

 {{{
 defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck logging DEBUG
 }}}

 The issue seems to be that the `href` elements are fully qualified URI
 whereas only a absolute path is expected. To resolve this issue however I
 would need to have access to an account for testing on a ''SharePoint''
 server to debug this.
