 It happened several times to me. When downloading is stopped, it cannot be
 correctly resumed. Some incomplete (partially downloaded) files will never
 get completed.

 Even when I double-click to re-download, the incomplete files will not be
 resumed. The only way to solve this is to delete the file list (in the
 transfer window (command + T)) and re-list.
