 Create a new FTP bookmark to an account that requires a login/password.
 Double-click the bookmark to login; Cyberduck rightfully asks for your
 credentials. Click the "Anonymous Login" checkbox and Cyberduck grays out
 the username and password fields. Now, unclick the "Anonymous Login"
 checkbox. Whoops -- you can't! Canceling and trying again doesn't work;
 the checkbox is still clicked. Only solution is to quit and relaunch
 Cyberduck.
