#4082: Caching Issues?

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Cyberduck on OS X 10.6.2. Up until
yesterday, all was working perfectly. Today, I'm attempting to edit a few
files on my website, and Cyberduck does not appear to be sending the
changes back to the server. I will tell it to edit a .php file, at which
point the download window appears (which it never used to do before).
Sometimes the file shows up blank in the editor, sometimes it appears
normal. However, I will make changes, tell it to save, and then watch
nothing happen. Normally, you'd see the little status bar at the bottom of
Cyberduck letting you know it's uploading/saving, as well as the Growl
notification to let me know it's finished... I'm getting neither.

I've tried completely removing all traces of Cyberduck and installing
fresh, and have also done the same with my editor (Smultron), and the
problem persists. I know it's not a connectivity issue, as I'm able to hit
anything on the web promptly, including the aforementioned webserver. I've
submitted two bug reports already concerning this.

It seems that the cached items are not being cleared when the document
closes or Cyberduck quits. When I reconnnect to the server, choose the
file for editing, it asks if I want to replace it, which it also never
used to do. Bear in mind, I'm editing server-side, not locally.
