 It's been annoying me recently when I drag a load (say 100) files on to a
 cyberduck window it takes ages before it responds and then another while
 before it asks me for action (overwrite or resume). I'm connecting to an
 FTP server so I appreciate that things will be a bit slower but it's the
 feeling of responsiveness I'm after not a faster connection. Is there
 anything you could do to make it feel faster? Have it accept the files
 first and wait for the server to respond later?
