As you can see, the first file has an invalid size (an _ instead of the
last char). As a result, this file never appears in the directory list.
I am filing a bug ticket about the server side issue with the server
vendor.
HOWEVER - I would like the option to still show these files and transfer
them (transfer proceeds as normal and is OK using another client).

You can [wiki:help/en/problems#ListingdirectoriesfailsorshowsnocontentFTP
disable] the use of STAT for directory listings as a workaround.
