 Hum just another guess.

 Do we have the same problem when uploading files ?

 That's harder to test due to bdwth limitation, but should be ok on a LAN ?

 Doing the tests I've got on my LAN ~5MB/s in download but only 1MB/s in
 upload ... So perhaps a problem there ?
