Comment:

 Slightly adjusted the text in the
 [http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/howto/cloudfront#CustomOriginHTTPHTTPSDistributions
 wiki] documentation. There would be no need to connect to the origin
 server, but we take the Web URL configuration from the bookmark of the
 origin server to configure the CDN. Also, being connected to the origin
 server allows to select a default root file and invalidate files in the
 edge location.
